GITE STANDARD TARIFF From  €350 / £ask  to  €400 / £ask  to  €500 / £ask  to  €600 / £ask  per week inclusive of water, electricity, heating and tourist taxes (taxe de séjour).
 
FINAL CLEANING  €50 / £44.00 if required.
Linen-hire  €10 / £8.80 per person per week available on request at an additional cost.
Towel-hire €5 / £4.40 per person per week available on request at an additional cost.

A "week" is from arrival on a Saturday from 4pm until departure on the following Saturday by 10am. Mid-week arrivals are possible but not during June, July and August. To check availability, please check the gite reservation calendar above and the date it was last updated. 

The calendar above is updated within hours of a provisional reservation being made with a   P   and then confirmed when your deposit is received with a  B  We allow 7-days (including weekends and bank holidays) for your deposit to reach us which is ample time to get a cheque or bank transfer to us. If it doesn't, then the calendar will be updated to show the dates becoming re-available for rental and you will lose your reservation. 

MAKING A GITE RESERVATION After double-checking availability with us by phone or email, remit a booking deposit of 50% of the rental for each week you wish to reserve by one of the following methods:

Upon receipt of your bank transfer or when your cheque has cleared, we will confirm your reservation in writing, by post or email. The balance of your rental (minus the booking deposit) is payable in full on arrival, by cheque or cash in euros. We do not have the banking facility to accept credit or debit cards. PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

GITE HOLIDAY CANCELLATION Your gite booking deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your reservation. 

GITE CHECK-IN From 4pm - 7pm on the day of arrival. We can store luggage if you arrive early and want to drop your baggage off. The gite is sometimes ready to check-into a little earlier, so you may wish to phone us ahead of your arrival to find out. 

RENTAL SECURITY DEPOSIT On arrival, we will ask you for a separate cheque (or cash) for €150 / £100 to hold as a "security" deposit. This deposit is our insurance policy excess for MAJOR accidental damage to the gite, for example: a broken window or the television damaged beyond repair. Known in France as a " caution ", it is standard practice with French holiday home rentals. This deposit will be returned to you after the gite has been checked on the day of departure. CLEANING THE GITE You are responsible for cleaning the gite during your stay. On the day of departure, the gite must be left immaculately clean and the refrigerator defrosted. If you do not wish to do it yourself, a final cleaning of the gite can be arranged for an extra €50 / £37.50

GITE DAILY RENTAL (B&B) TARIFF 2010 Daily rental is subject to availability. The daily rental price is inclusive of water, electricity, heating, tourist tax, final-cleaning, linen, towels and breakfast. Please see our "Bed & Breakfast" page for more details.
 

A B&B "day" is from 2.30pm until 10.30am the following day. You may be able to check-in before midday if the gite is ready to occupy, but if not, we can store luggage if you arrive early. Please Note: There may be a small supplement for domesticated pets.
